Abstract:	城鄉的永續發展不僅是我們這一代重要的課題,也是世世代代子孫必須面對的嚴肅課題, 但是其意涵對不同人而言卻有下同的認知,因此,如何使各界對這個課題有更清楚的認識,從而找出面對這個挑戰的作法及因應之道實為邁向永續城鄉發展首要之務。由於‘永續發展’綠色思潮的漫流,使得世界各國逐漸摒棄以往強調掠奪式發展的經濟手段,而逐漸傾向謀求‘環境’與 ‘發展’並重、世代內與世代間公平的永續發展之政策導向。這些政策導向
