    摘要: 國家高速電腦中心為配合行政院NII網路實驗計劃，在寬頻網路上提供服務以及應用示範，於84年3月至7月間與參加此計劃之民間商業公司和政府機關單位合作，運用World Wide Web (WWW or W3)將參與單位的資訊及服務在網路上呈現。本文旨將此計劃WWW伺服器、資料結構的規化、MPEG-1 Multi-Stream動畫檔的製作和聲音處理過程作介紹，並說明部份細節。
