    Abstract: TANet 於1990年藉由接往美國的國外專線連上 Internet後,其國外訊務交換量便持續成長. 由於目前由TANet、中研院、國家高速電腦中心共享的 45 Mbps T3國外頻寬已經飽和, 使用者普遍對其區網國外連網的傳輸品質感到好奇. 由於TANet 15個區網的國外Internet訊務均經由 Moe ATM Switch下接之 Internet_router交換, 我們藉由 SNMP網管應用程式擷取Moe Switch上各區網連往Internet _router的15個VC,動態地產生相對的 MRTG 設定檔;並週期性地驅動 MRTG 萃取Per-VC的 In/Out Cell及Cell_Drop/EPD MIB, 持續更新各區網Internet國外訊務與傳輸封包遺失的統計WebPages,供各區使用者監測. 我們也統計出Per -VC之單日CDR(Cell Drop Ratio),做為衡量各區網國外訊務的傳輸品質指標,分析各區網國外訊務量與相對Daily CDR傳輸品質的變化狀況.我們也依據T3國外專線 clock shift期間實測之 Per-VC訊務傳輸資料, 分析劣化實體傳輸線路對各區網國外傳訊品質的影響. 由於各區網 router statistic multiplexing轉送的連網使用者及 IP 訊務量均相當龐大且 bursty. Per-VC實際發生高CDR的時段相當burst且短暫,總體而言,絕大部份時段的TANet區網國外訊務品質尚能維持
