Abstract:	甲喝酒後開自己所有汽車回家，開約15分鐘，酒氣發作，控制能力減低，來不及剎車撞上前車，使得前車駕駛乙受輕傷，甲下車查看，發現乙受傷，心想情況不妙，立即開車逃逸返家，不久後被員警查獲。事後確認，甲開車時吐氣所含酒精濃度達每公升0.30毫克。請問甲刑事責任如何？法院得否沒收甲所有汽車？
