    Abstract: 資訊與通訊技術的發展，帶動了所謂3C的風潮，除了眾所皆知的電腦(Computer)、通訊 (Communication)外的第三個C，雖然有多種解釋，但是以對社會大眾的影響層面之程度而言，作為內涵(Content)解釋應較妥切，本文以一個鄉土文化網頁的製作經驗為基礎，除了說明整個製作的緣起、構想以及製作過程中之種種實務經驗與考量外，更希望以此經驗及身為師範教育工作者的觀點，提供有志於參與網路教育工作者之願景(Vision)，並期盼導引更多的人來參與製作，以期聚沙成塔，使網路上的正面素材的數量優於負面的垃圾。
