| Abstract: | 本研究旨在建構「我國職業學校推動產學合作績效評鑑指標」，研究者先透過文獻分析歸納出產學合作運作模式，並同時完成產學合作績效評鑑面向劃分後，再採用「訪談法」，以專家學者為訪談對象，蒐集各面向之績效評鑑指標內涵，並形成「德懷術調查問卷」。接著，進行兩回合的德懷術問卷調查，並經由統計分析與質性意見建議，來修正各面向產學合作績效評鑑指標的內涵，完成「德懷術調查問卷」之定稿
本研究經過文獻探討、專家訪談及兩回合德懷術問卷調後，歸納出以下幾點結論，說明如下：
一、我國職業學校可應用的產學合作模式可分為7個類型，包括體驗模式、實習模式、交流模式、就業準備模式、訂單培育模式、專案委託模式及經費資助模式。
二、我國職業學校推動產學合作績效評鑑指標可分為願景與目標、共識與承諾、行政管理機制、課程與學習評量、教師專業成長、教育資源導入及產學合作成果共7個評鑑面向，計37項評鑑指標。
三、透過重要性KS-test一致性分析，在全部7個評鑑面向37項評鑑指標中，有11項指標的重要程度最高。
This study attempts to construct the indicators of Cooperative Education performance evaluation for vocational senior high schools in Taiwan. This research consolidates the Cooperative Education models and categorizes different types of the Cooperative Education performance evaluation through the literature review. And this study applies Interview Method for gathering information from experts and scholars regarding various assessment criteria and their definitions, then, the Delphi Method Questionnaire is established. Subsequently, two rounds of the Delphi Method Questionnaire Survey are used. The categories, criteria and their definitions for the indicators of Cooperative Education performance evaluation for vocational senior high schools are modified, and at last, the versions of the Delphi Method Questionnaire are finalized.
According to the literature review, the interview and two rounds of the Delphi Method Questionnaire, the study comes to the following conclusions:
1.There are 7 Cooperative Education models for vocational senior high schools in Taiwan.
2.The results of the Cooperative Education performance evaluation for vocational senior high schools can be divided into 7 categories and 37 evaluation indicators.
3.Through KS-test for the indicators of Cooperative Education performance evaluation for vocational senior high schools, the study presents that there are 11 indicators which are more important than others. |
