    Title: 社經背景.教育因素與職業成就關係之研究

    Abstract: 論文提要
    本研究的目的有二,(一) 探討依屬因素 (ascription) 和獲致因素 (achievement)兩者對個人職業成就影響的相對重要性,以瞭解我國社會階層化的情形,依屬因素以家庭社經背景為代表,獲致因素以個人自身教育因素為代表。(二)探討影響各職業成就向度----職業聲望、控制權、監督權、收入----的模式是否有所不同。本研究以台北市三所國中、兩所國小的949位學生家長為樣本,施以自編「社經背景、教育因素與職業成就關係之研究」調查問卷,用SPSS中的廻歸統計方法處理資料。
    研究結果發現(一)影響個人職業成就的主因漸由依賴家庭社經背景,轉向依靠自身的教育因素,亦即漸由支特Bowles的說法,轉向支持Duncan的說法,足見我國社會階層化的過程漸趨閉開放、進步。(二)影響各職業成就向度的模式各不相同,此與Kerckhoff et al.的研究結果相似。
