    Abstract: 本文是以董仲舒之天人合一之理論為基礎而展開之天人合德之道德論。董氏之道德思想係以天為中心而人如何與之合而定道德之意義。道德之根源與基礎來自於天。董氏之天之意義為有天志天意天心能行賞罰有位格之天,天亦為宇宙萬物之本根而為形而上之根據。而以陰陽五行天道自然之運化之自然律為天道之展現。而在天人相與(關係)上,天為人之曾祖父,天人相類(同類與類似),人該當與天合德。(本文一、二節)在道德與人性論上,董氏以質樸為人性,人性之根源與本質皆本根於天。人性不以質樸潛能為善惡,而以行為之現實而定善惡。此為董氏人性論之特色。(三節)董氏之道德論所論著重在以根據天道(自然律)為基礎之社會倫理學說,其樞紐人物為天子,民性為瞑,天子代天行道教化而使民為善。而其道德項目皆根於天而著重在社會倫理之推展。(四、五兩節)董氏道德行為之判斷之標準根據於天,其方法從因果、心志、文質,經權而定。道德判斷之文辭為名號。董氏之名號根源於天,而非約定俗成者。(六節)董氏之天為有位格之天,為萬物之本根者,為表現在自然天道者之天。總而言之:董氏以天人合一所建立之道德論之學說獨成一格,其論雖不圓美,然亦有參考之價值。
