    Abstract: 本研究的目的在探討內外控取向與工作滿足及績效的關係。三所金融機構的240名員工,接受「陸德內外控量表」(Rotter`s I-E Scale)及「明尼蘇達滿意問卷」短題本(MinnesotaSatisfaction Questionnaire, Short Form)的施測。受試者填答這些問卷的同時,也一併收集他們上一年度的工作績效(考績)資料。所得資料以不等組單因子變異數分析及卡方檢定處理。結果發現:不同內外控取向者的工作滿足感有顯著差異。內控者比外控者的工作滿足感顯著地高。這種情形在內在滿足感如此,外在滿足感如此,一般滿足感亦如此。此外,內外控取向與工作績效之間的關係並未達顯著水準。本研究同時也發現工作滿足感與工作績效彼此間並沒有顯著相關。
