    Abstract: 行銷的本質在促進社會內,或社會間價值之交換。而所謂之價值,並不限於經濟財貨或服務,諸如觀念、時間、文化活動或社會服務等等,都包括在內。在此觀念下,行銷機構亦很自然地不限於一般經濟性企業組織,而包括一般非營利性質之事業機構在內。究竟前此所討論之行銷觀念及方法等,如何應用到這類非營利組織,有何需要調整或改變之處?這些問題,都是本文所要討論的內容。
