摘要:	本文從全球化與政治經濟學的角度出發，探討台灣動畫產業在90 年代以後由OEM 轉向OBM 發展的情形，以及其影響因素。研究發\\r 現，影響台灣動畫產業由OEM 轉向OBM 最主要的因素是全球化下國際分工的轉變。而國家政策也促使動畫產業更朝向OBM 作發展。數\\r 位科技與文化接近性對台灣自有動畫的影響並不明顯。此外，在發行與映演管道近用上的困難，則成為本土自有動畫發展的一項限制。 Since mid 90s, the animation industry in Taiwan has been transformed from OEM to OBM. This Research deals with the question about how the animation industry in Taiwan became the former mentioned form. According to the research results, the most effective factor that had formed such phenomenon is the “international division of labour under globalization”. The recent animation policies in Taiwan had been supporting the development of OBM animation, However, “Digital Technologies” and “cultural proximity” had been little help to the transformation. The difficulty in accessing the distribution sector had been the restriction of the development of local animations.
