    摘要: 普丁上任後，積極走訪亞太國家，透過多邊機制與雙邊會晤，活絡與亞太國家的關係，加強俄國對亞太事務的參與，顯示俄國大力提升與亞太國家關係之決心，並增加其在亞太地區之影響力。普丁政府在亞太地區的外交作爲，將葉爾欽時代後半期向東調整的外交政策進一步發揮。本文將研究普丁政府亞太外交的背景與目標，並透過其亞太政策的落實，分析其亞太外交之前景。
    Since he went into office, Putin has actively visited the Asia-Pacific countries in an attempt to revitalize Russia`s relations with them through multi-lateral mechanisms and bilateral talks and to increase Russia`s participation in the Asia-Pacific affairs. This was aimed at showing Russia`s determination to heighten her relations with the Asia-Pacific countries and to increase her influence in the region. The Putin administration`s activities in this region further gave play to Yeltsin`s Eastward policy in his latter half years in office. This paper will study the background and goal of Putin`s policy toward the Asia-Pacific as well as analyze its prospect through its implementation.
