    摘要: 本研究旨在探討幼兒教室互動品質之研究。目的為:一、瞭解臺北市幼兒教
    室互動的品質;二、探討不同教室活動型態下,幼兒教室互動品質的差異情形;
    三、探討幼兒園教室教學品質與幼兒互動品質的相關情形。

    本研究含括幼兒及教師的角度,分別使用「幼兒教室互動品質評量表」與「教
    室教學品質評量表」探討教室互動品質。研究樣本總計為 23 間幼兒園、30 間教
    室、118 位大班幼兒及 60 位教師。取得觀察數據後,使用 SPSS22.進行資料分析。

    本研究主要結論如下:

    壹、幼兒教室互動品質中,「教師互動」、「同儕互動」為低品質、「工作互動」為中高品質。

    貳、幼兒在不同活動型態下經歷不同的教室互動品質
    一、幼兒與「教師互動」在團體活動中顯著高於個別活動及其他活動;
    二、幼兒與「同儕互動」在小組、個別與其他活動高於團體活動;
    三、幼兒的「工作互動」在個別活動中高於其他活動。

    參、教師教學品質中,「情緒支持」與「班級經營」為中高品質、「教學品質」為中低品質,且教師教學品質與幼兒教室互動品質具有正相關。

    肆、公立幼兒園與私立幼兒園具品質差異
    一、公立幼兒園的幼兒教室互動品質優於私立幼兒園
    二、公立幼兒園的教師教學品質優於私立幼兒園

    伍、研究者現場觀察的發現與省思
    營造利於幼兒學習與發展的關鍵在於「流轉」,其內涵包括三項重點:「幼
    兒學習的流轉」、「教師的流轉」與「環境的流轉」。
