    摘要: 決策是我們日常生活中的一部份,在過去的教導與學習中,我們習慣了以因果論(Causation)為基礎的決策模式,但隨著時代進步與全球化情況下所導致的不確定性增加,以因果論為基礎的決策模式受到了許多人的質疑,因為利用因果論所預測的未來陷入了預測失準的窘境,而社會企業亦招遇到相同的問題,因為以因果論為基礎的決策適用在事件機率分配已知,但選項亦已知穩定環境之下;而應用了貝氏網路來協助預測的因果論決策則是用在事件機率分配已知與但選項未知的風險環境下,而隨著時代科技的進步與全球化的衝擊之下,上開決策模式已經不敷使用,所幸自2001年起出現了一個以Herbert Alexander Simon有限理性理論為基礎的效用論(Effectuation)決策模式。
    本研究從近年來興起的社會企業與社會創業定義、衡量標準與遭遇困難開始討論,並透過文獻研究的方式,將其與創業的學科內容進行連結,進而放大決策程序的重要性,之後開始討論我們所熟知的因果論(Causation)決策,進而在探討效用論(Effectuation)決策時進行對比,並利用近年來國際上學術的發現與討論,提出結合因果論與效用論的創業決策模式。
