    摘要: 本文先從彙整各學者對軍事聯盟的定義,並分就Bruce M. Russett 及\\r Brett Ashley Leeds的實證研究,整理出易於從公開資料觀察的軍事聯盟構成\\r 因素變項,進而回顧中蘇軍事聯盟,驗證其與軍事聯盟構成因素的契合程 度,繼而就中俄軍事合作互動情形,參照軍事聯盟構成因素檢視其異同程 度,以探討中俄軍事合作關係是否為軍事聯盟。
    What kind of relationship between China and Russia military cooperation exists? Is it partnership or military alliance? To answer the questions, this article applies Bruce M. Russett and Brett Ashley Leeds theory of military alliance to review the Sino-Russia military cooperation in the recent years. The article finds out that the Sino-Russian relation falls short of a “military alliance” at present, however, arms trade sustains an important diplomatic relation between China and Russia.
