    Abstract: In Metro Vancouver, immigrants are moving in at a rapid pace and many of them come from a wealthy background. Many of these wealthy people are looking to either buy a new home or renovate one. In Vancouver, the housing market has been growing exponentially in the past few years. There is a direct correlation with the Kitchen and Furniture Hardware Industry and the Housing Market. Due to the growth opportunity of the housing market, the Kitchen and Furniture Hardware Industries has a lot of potential.

    Luxl Hardwares Ltd. will be formed as a retail company that specializes in Kitchen and Furniture hardwares for high-end consumers in the Metro Vancouver region. The store will be located in an upscale region in Vancouver and will provide customers a luxurious atmosphere with well-designed interior furnishing. Its founders have extensive experience in the Kitchen and Furniture hardware industry as they have experience on distributing Kitchen and Furniture hardware. The company also provides customers with interior design service.

    Luxl Hardwares Ltd. allows clients to immerse themselves into the Kitchen and Furniture Hardware industry as well as helping clients build around a network of people within the industry. The business will drive the number of people into purchasing high end products and in addition, this new attraction will bring economic benefits to the industry and the region. Promoting new products is one of the key factors to a successful business model, as it will guarantee long-term growth, profit, and sustainability of the business model as well as the industry.
