Abstract:	針對各級公共圖書館不同的特點與職能，本文以浙江省為例，提出了地方文獻質量建設的實施方案，既相對原則，又有較大的可操作性，具普遍的可資借鑑的意義。 Aiming at diverse characteristics and functions of various levels of public libraries, this paper attempts to illustrate feasible execution projects for the quality establishment of local archives collection by taking the public libraries in Zhejiang Province as examples. The execution projects illustrated here expect to accord with the general principles of archives collection, to demonstrate their practicability, and to provide valuable references for other related collections.
