    摘要: 流暢 (flow) 係屬心理學的研究範疇,其涉及個體對客觀情境的主觀知覺,有助於心理福祉和提升表現,因而在運動的領域中深受重視。本文採文獻分析,針對流暢理論進行彙整,更藉由探討相關論述,以獲知運動心理學的實務應用及未來研究之參考。
    Flow is a part of study about psychology, which indicates individual subjective consciousness of objective states. Due to its helpfulness to promote well-being and performance, it is quite significant in sport. Through document analysis, this paper summarizes the results of flow theory researches, finding out the applied practice in the sport psychology and the reference of the research in the future.
