    Title: 2010大專甲組羽球選手知覺教練領導行為之研究

    Abstract: 本研究目的旨在瞭解大專甲組羽球選手知覺教練領導行為的情形，根據實證數據提供教練領導行為的建議。方法：採用問卷調查的方式，以參加2010年大專運動會的甲組羽球選手為研究對象，經以SPSS描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異數的統計分析進行資料處理。結論：（一）大專甲組羽球選手知覺教練領導行為依序為：訓練與指導、獎勵、關懷、民主、專制；（二）大專甲組羽球男性選手比女性選手知覺到教練有較高的「專制」領導行為；（三）大專甲組羽球選手每週練習6小時以上比4小時以下的選手知覺教練有較高的「專制」領導行為；（四）大專甲組羽球選手獲得全國性獲得前三名者，比四名以後及無成績的選手知覺教練有較高的民主、關懷、獎勵、專制的領導行為；教練領導行為相關之情形，教練領導行為以訓練與指導為主，教練一連串的嚴格訓練的執行會使的自主性較高的男性認為教練是「專制」的領導行為。但整體來說，運動教練多數使運動選手知覺到的是民主、獎勵型與訓練與指導型的教練，而「專制」的領導行為是所有領導行為得分最低的一項。
