    摘要: 在知識經濟時代下,智慧資本逐漸取代企業組織的實體資源,亦有諸多研究文獻證實,智慧資本是創造與提升企業價值的主要動因,並且對企業組織績效存在著正面影響,故企業經營者應該辨明影響企業價值之智慧資本。本研究主要目的是在探討智慧資本中的流程資本,對全球化企業流程管理系統的所產生的效益為何,以及對其他智慧資本要素,即人力資本、創新資本、與顧客資本間之關聯效益。
    本研究以2003~2013年間全球化企業台灣區廣告媒體公司為對象,探討資源整合中心導入後對其所產生「成本節省」和「規模經濟」之效益如何,並試著找出其效益來源及對企業價值之影響。主要研究作一質化分析,並採用單元和多元迴歸分析進行研究問題的檢定
    實證結果發現,SSC流程資本對企業績效具有正向影響外,並透過與其他智慧資本之交互作用而間接影響企業績效。廣告媒體業的人力資本與創新資本是組織的心臟,但無法直接影響營運績效,需透過流程資本運作與連結才能對績效產生影響。
    此個案分析希冀能提供其他知識智慧密集產業進行全球性佈局與經營管理過程中有實用價值的參考模式。
    In the era of knowledge economy, the intellectual capital gradually replaced physical resources. There are many researches confirmed that the intellectual capital is the driver to create corporate value, and could influence positively on the financial performance. Thus, business owners should identify the value of intellectual capital to the enterprise. The main purpose of this study was to explore the benefit brought by the process capital, subsidiary of intellectual capital, in the global enterprise, along with the associated benefit of other intellectual capital including human capital, innovation capital and customer relationship capital.
    The case study targeted to a global advertising and media group and its four branches in Taiwan, with the study period ranging from 2003 to 2013. This study explore how importing SSC (Shared Service Center) influenced on “cost saving” and “economics of scale”, and try to find the origin of benefit on corporate valuation. Combining with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis including regression and pattern analysis
    The results show that, the process capital brought by SSC has a directly positive influence not only on financial performance but also one indirect ones when affiliating with other intellectual capital. Human capital and innovation capital are the heart of a media and advertising company. Through building up a knowledge based operating system, the human capital could be fully adopted and thus generate corporate value. The customer capital can directly affect positively the operating performance of the corporate through accumulating process capital, indicating that companies offer more than our competitors to meet customer demand and establish long-term relationships. This case study aims to provide a practical model for global companies in knowledge-intensive industries.
