Title:	技術策略、組織之技術資訊處理機制與技術能力關係之研究 : 國內資訊硬體工業之實證

Abstract:	技術能力之提昇與強化，無論就總體面之國家層次或個體面之企業層次來看，皆是創造競爭優勢的關鍵要素，且已成為今日各方共同關注之重要課題。本研究首先由國內外文獻探討及國內實務現象之觀察，發現影響企業技術能力之因素中有二項甚為重要，一為「技術策略」，另一為「組織之技術資訊處理機制」，然而此二者對技術能力之影響關係及該二者間之關係於理論探討方面仍尚不足，實證研究亦頗缺乏，因此本研究即試圖整合此三者間之關係，建立理論觀念架構、發展假設，並以國內之資訊硬體工業為對象進行實證，期提供對於理論、實證及實務應用之進一貢獻與建議。
