    Abstract: 本研究旨在研究員工之技能特性(對公司之重要性及本身之轉業彈性)與員工在不同程度之勞資衝突情境中,員工所可能採取之解決方式。員工之技能是勞資交換關係中最重要之基礎,因員工對公司之貢獻,主要來自其所具備之技能,其技能愈好,則對公司之貢獻愈大;故在員工甄選過程中,員工技能即為重要的評量項目;而公司所採取之各種訓練,其目的亦莫不在提升員工之技能;就員工來說,其技能乃是他本人賴以謀生之憑藉;故員工之技能特性是勞資雙方所共同關切的重要問題;也是衡量人力資源之重要項目。
