    Title: 中外合資事業參與公司間互動關係之研究

    Abstract: 論文摘要
    近年來,企業環境變動快速,組織間合作關係日趨頻繁。 以合資方式的合作日益重要。 國內對合資確有實質上需求,但缺乏了解,報章文獻雖時有提及,卻少被深入研究,且合資的參與公司間往來互動問題叢生,績效不彰。
    本研究經由相關文獻探討,與中外合資參與廠商深度訪談,發現許多中資參與公司在合資前即與合資對象合作,行業相關性高。因此,整合過去學者著作及相關研究,建立中外合資事業參與公司間互動關係之研究架構。 並選擇了至民國七十九年八月止,在經濟部投資審議委員會仍登記在案的合資廠商,符合定義條件之中資參與廠商106家為研究對象,作一調查,實證參與公司間的合資結構特徵、互動特徵與合資滿意程度之關係。
    本研究的合資結構特{毀,包括合資前合作關係、交易類型、互賴類型、合資年數、領域相似性、股權結構、股權改變次數及合資對象國籍。互動特徵包括:互動正式化、例行性、頻率、順暢性及衝突性。 滿意程度經因素分析後,抽取出「共識信任/相互關係」之滿意,及對「績效/目標達成」之滿意。
    本研究所使用的分析方法包括:次數分配、交叉分析、單因子變異數分析、雙因子變異數分析、因素分析、正準相關分析、集群分析及區別分析等。
    本研究發現:合資結構特徵對廠商的滿意程度影響並不顯著。互動特徵中「例行溝通/營運管理」與對「績效/目標達成」滿意有關「合資契約關係」的衝突與對「共識信任/相互關係」的滿意有關。 並根據合資的階段不同,提出互動特徵之差異性、危機及因應對策。
