Title:	中外合資事業參與公司間互動關係之研究

Abstract:	論文摘要近年來，企業環境變動快速，組織間合作關係日趨頻繁。以合資方式的合作日益重要。國內對合資確有實質上需求，但缺乏了解，報章文獻雖時有提及，卻少被深入研究，且合資的參與公司間往來互動問題叢生，績效不彰。本研究經由相關文獻探討，與中外合資參與廠商深度訪談，發現許多中資參與公司在合資前即與合資對象合作，行業相關性高。因此，整合過去學者著作及相關研究，建立中外合資事業參與公司間互動關係之研究架構。並選擇了至民國七十九年八月止，在經濟部投資審議委員會仍登記在案的合資廠商，符合定義條件之中資參與廠商106家為研究對象，作一調查，實證參與公司間的合資結構特徵、互動特徵與合資滿意程度之關係。本研究的合資結構特{毀，包括合資前合作關係、交易類型、互賴類型、合資年數、領域相似性、股權結構、股權改變次數及合資對象國籍。互動特徵包括:互動正式化、例行性、頻率、順暢性及衝突性。滿意程度經因素分析後，抽取出「共識信任/相互關係」之滿意，及對「績效/目標達成」之滿意。本研究所使用的分析方法包括:次數分配、交叉分析、單因子變異數分析、雙因子變異數分析、因素分析、正準相關分析、集群分析及區別分析等。本研究發現:合資結構特徵對廠商的滿意程度影響並不顯著。互動特徵中「例行溝通/營運管理」與對「績效/目標達成」滿意有關「合資契約關係」的衝突與對「共識信任/相互關係」的滿意有關。並根據合資的階段不同，提出互動特徵之差異性、危機及因應對策。
