    Abstract: 本研究所要回答的問題如下:(1)將變革的方式區分為激進式變革與漸進式變革,其中任何一種變革所代表的意義為何?(2)激進式變革與漸進式變革在過去各有其支持的學者,他們主要的理論觀點為何?反對的學者所提出的問題為何?(3)組織本身所具有的特質對於選擇兩種一同的變革方式產生了什麼影響?(4)情境因素對於選擇變的方式產生了什麼影響?第3個與第4個問題為本研究的重心。
