    Abstract: 本研究為瞭解高科技企業所屬的技術類型、組織學習與人力資源管理三者之間的關聯,透過個案訪問的方式,共訪問九家資訊電子產業、通信業及半導體業企業。經過分析各企業之技術類型、組織學習與人力資源管理活動之間的關係後,本研究獲得下列結果。
