    Title: 台商大陸子公司決策自主權影響因素之研究

    Abstract:   西方傳統的多國企業研究,大都以先進國家的大型企業為研究對象,這些研究所得到之結論,是否可以適用於開發中國家跨國企業?以母公司總部為焦點的多國企業研究,可否得知不同策略角色子公司在控管上的差異性?本研究以台商大陸子公司為觀察研究對象,其中包括了大型及中小型企業,研究的重點是放在子公司決策自主權之影響因素,因為子公司的決策自主權,對多國企業的營運績效及組織適應性具有顯著之影響。
      本研究以交易成本理論、代理理論、資源基礎觀點及網絡相關理論做為理論的根據。從中歸納出影響台商大陸子公司決策自主權的三大類可能因素,包括子公司經理人之特質、子公司之特性及子公司面對之環境不確定性。
      經由問卷調查法,對1,500家在廣東、福建、江蘇及上海地區從事製造業,且台灣母公司持股達50%以上的子公司進行實證調查,並以統計方法檢定各個假設。實證結果發現:(1)子公司負責人與母公司負責人關係愈密切,子公司的決策自主權限愈高;(2)子公司具備的資源與能力愈豐富,子公司的決策自主權限愈高,自主權範圍愈大;(3)子公司之價值活動愈完整,子公司的決策自主權限愈高,自主權範圍愈大;(4)子公司與網絡成員的聯結程度愈強,子公司的決策自主權限愈高,自主權範圍愈大;(5)子公司在地主國的疆界延伸單位與外部相關單位的互動程度愈高,子公司的決策自主權限愈高。
      最後,本研究依理論架構及實證發現,進一步提出海外子公司控管相關的理論、企業實務的應用,以及後續研究的可能方向之相關涵義及建議。
