Abstract:	由於行為科學的興起，各種社會科學都深受其影響，而有新的演變，行政學自難例外。近年來，行政學受行為科學之滌艕盪衝擊，其內容更見波瀾壯闊。其中尤以行政決定研究法，在行政學方面遂蔚為時尚，成為主流。而傳統的制度研究法，反相顧失色，退居次位。行政決定研究法，在一般虛心求進的行政學者的看法，多認為雖不是行政學唯一及至善的方法，卻不失為一種進步的及合理的研究法，值得採擇運用。
