Title:	東南亞國家區域經濟合作之探討

Abstract:	東南亞地區在地理上與中國大陸均關係最為密切，整個中南半島遠及一海之隔的菲律賓和印尼，各國政、經情勢的好壞，自歷史事實觀之，幾乎和中國大陸之政治變遷息息相關；歷年來，由於中國大陸政權的轉換，主政者採取不同之對外政策的結果，也連帶使此地區產生不同的影響；元朝時採軍國主義作風，使得此區遍地烽火，民不聊生。繼元朝後的明朝採濟弱扶傾，已立立人，已達達人的王道主義，進而採取保護政策，使本區各國民生樂利，享受太平盛世的生活。直至清朝，由於政權腐敗，中國大陸本身淪為列強之次殖民地，此地區乃失去屏障，為西方諸列強乘隙而入，除泰國外無一倖免，全為列強所割據。由此可見，東南亞地區各國之前途實與中國大陸政權之好壞息息相關；只要在中國大陸上的政權是講仁義的王道政權，則本地區必能享受富足安定的日子，反之，則本地區必無一日安寧可言。
