Title:	我國勞工行政體制之研究

Abstract:	「學以致用」乃讀書求學的基本目標之一，是以如何將學得的理論、知識，運用於實際問題之解決，誠屬最為要緊之事。因此，筆者乃有以實際問題為研究對象之動機。復以筆者向以「問題最多且最需要解決者」為第一處事之原則，而經考我國目前社會情況，無論就世界潮流，時代需要與國家處境，其問題最多且需要解決者，莫若勞工問題。因此筆者遂選定為解決勞工問題所需的組織架構－勞工行政體制－為研究對象，作深入而廣泛之分析，期能探討問題癥結之所在，藉資對症下藥，提出個人淺見作為改進之參考，倘能有且於萬一，則筆者之目的達矣！
