Title:	我國稅務簽證制度及其實務之研究

Abstract:	政府為積極改進所得稅制，貫澈稅務行政之革新，於五十九年五月十八日頒布「會計師代理所得稅事務辦法」，正式建立了我國稅務簽證制度之基礎。本文之撰作即針對此一制度之理論與實務加以探討；全文共分六章，計約七萬言：第一章緒論，係就所得稅之稽征制度加以研究，並進而研討稅務簽證制度與會計師之關係。第二章我國稅務簽證制度之沿革，係就我國稅務簽證制度建制之時代背景及建制經過加以研討，並與美日香港等稅務代理人制度作一比較。第三章我國稅務簽證制度實施成效，係就五十九年實施以來之成果，加以分析研究。第四及第五章稅務簽證實務，係依據現行有關法令之規定，就簽證實務予以舉例說明，並對實務上之難題加以研討。第六章稅務簽證制度之展望，針對有關稅務法令稽征技術及會計師本身素質之改進等提出管見，並對簽證制度之前途發展加以探討。
