Abstract:	分緒論、公司組織及職能、產銷計劃、生產控制、品質管制、保養、成本分析及控制、激勵等九章，約五萬言。全文之精神著重於以生產管理為主體而將成本會計及管理會計等加以融會貫通。冀望一個產業因有個良好的生產管理制度，而能夠以最少的投入，求得最大的產出。本文以人造纖維工業為背景，強調連續生產之生產管理，雖與分批生產之生產管理在若干方面有所不同，仍然有許多相似之處。在文中可以清楚看出。
