Title:	訂貨生產的生產計劃研究

Abstract:	第一章說明動機及目的，在經濟情況變動甚鉅之時代□，訂貨生產類型的工廠增多，此時研究其生產計劃將是很有意義之事。第二章在探討短期而主要的生產計劃中，實際工廠之計劃情況，建立論文結構。第三章分析如何以科學而合理的方法，很經濟的預測產品的成本，做為價格談判之依據。第四章分析訂貨生產工廠中其製造程序的設計步驟，包括動作與時間研究，第五章分析如何在顧客所限之交貨期間內，安排工作進度，以期按期交貨。第六章探討如何改進經濟變動時之生產計劃和結論。以上三、四、五章後各附實例。
