Title:	台北市國民中學領導問題之研究

Abstract:	教育是百年樹人的大業，更是復國建國的根本。縱考漢、唐治世，乃文教昌盛使然；橫徵德、日復興，係義務教育之功。現代科學技術，一日千里，世界各國國民文化水準，大為提高。衡量一個國家是否富強之尺度，已由地大物博的觀念，轉變成以人力資源之貧富，人民素質之高低為計算的標準。總統蔣公，高瞻遠矚，為了提出國民素質，充實戡亂建國力量，加速反攻復國之成功，於民國五十六年六月廿七日，指示加速推行九年國民教育，並於五十七學年度全面實施，國民中學於焉誕生。此一新猷及德攻，已為反攻復國大業奠定了必勝必成的基礎，且在教育史上寫下了光輝燦爛的一頁。
