Abstract:	本文計一冊，約六萬字至七萬字，分為六章。中小企業在企業結構上位居重要地位，其發展對於經濟、社會、生活水準皆有重大影響。政府亦甚重視，採取了許多輔助措施。然而中小企業之財務仍有若干困難存在，因此觸發了研究動機。本文首先敘述中小企業扮演的角色，繼之指出中小企業財務上的特徵及問題發生的原因，並就理論及實務上探討中小企業自身應如何自強，政府機構應如何加強其輔導，以促進中小企業財務問題之解決。
