Abstract:	本論文約四萬餘言，內容包含五章。第一章為「緒論」，分為三部份。首先說明研究之動機與目的，資料收集之方法；其次，我國與美國貿易之關係；第三，討論我國食品罐頭工業外銷與銷美之關係。第二章為「臺灣鳳梨罐頭銷美」，分為四部份，第一，臺灣鳳梨罐頭工業發展與銷美之演進；第二，統計方法之說明；第三，在臺灣從事鳳罐銷美的公司態度之測定與研究；第四，鳳罐銷美之檢討。第三章為「臺灣洋菇罐頭銷美」，分為三部份。第一，臺灣洋菇罐頭工業發展與銷美之演進；第二，在臺灣從事菇罐銷美的公司態度之測定與研究；第三，菇罐銷美之檢討。第四章為「出口聯營與分配結構」，先討論出口聯營制度之原理與得失；其次，分別討論鳳梨洋菇罐頭之分配結構。第五章為「結論」，歸納本文之研究。
