    第三章 功能別分工專業化--專業化方向之一，計分第四節。第一節其他專門職業專業化。第二節功能性內部分工專對化。第三節論賦與專家頭術。第四節功能性分工專業化之配合。
    第四章 產業別分工專業化--專業化方向之二，計分三節。第一節產業別專業化之理論基礎。第二節產業別專業化之貫證探討--以美國八大事務所為例。第三節產業則專業化之運用及限制。
    第五章 我國會計師專業化現況探討，計分三節。第一節我國會計師專對現況。第二節我國會計師專業功能別分工專業化現況分析。第三節我國會計師對產業吸專業化之看法。
    第六章 結論及建議。
