    Abstract: 摺刀法(Jacknife Technique)主要的用途有二:(一)減少偏誤(二)近似信賴區間。而論文題目中的「偏性」(Biasedness)是強調性質,換句話說「偏性」也可說成「偏誤性質」,偏誤(bias)強調大小。(二)是(一)引伸出來,所以本文是以減少偏誤為主,獲得近似信賴區間為輔。文中所論可扼要說明如下:
    (1)減少偏誤理論研究(2)摺刀推定式近似性質探討(3)應用在檢定問題(4)在常態母體假設下,利用摺刀法及Rao-Blackwell Theorem 以獲得f(μ),f(σ□),f(μ,σ□)之近似不偏最小變異推定式,f為可解析函數(Anal-ytic Function),並與其他方法作比較,若假設變了又如何?(5)摺刀法用在何種狀況較有效?
