Abstract:	本文主要在說明電腦化銷售管理資訊系統應具備條件、建立方法及其操作運用。第一章旨在闡述研究動機、目的、範圍與限制。第二章則說明銷售管理之意義、任務、其對資訊之需求及電腦如何對銷售管理資訊系統產生裨益; 最後則以電腦化銷售管理資訊系統之範圍及其應具備因素, 作一概括敘述。第三章則闡明銷售管理資訊系統之建立程序, 包括: 系統分析、系統設計、系統評估。第四章則說明一完整電腦化銷售管理資訊系統之操作運用, 包括: 銷貨計劃、處理、分析、新產品發展計劃、市場調查之運用。第五章則作一綜合性結論與建議。
