    Abstract: 各章各節之內容擇要如下:
    第一章: 標題「緒論」, 說明撰寫論文之動機與目的, 以及論文的研究方法及範圍 ,並對以後各章作簡要之介紹。
    第二章: 標題「外匯之定義與外匯市場操作之簡介」, 本章介紹從事外匯財務管理者, 所需具備之基本常識, 並對各種外匯及外匯市場之專門術語加以定義與解釋。
    第三章: 標題「外匯風險暴露之定義--會計暴露與經濟暴露」, 本章主要對各種型態之外匯風險暴露加以定義, 並分析其本質與對企業之可能影響。
    第四章: 標題「外匯風險暴露之辨認--報告制度之建立」, 本章以如何建立風險辨認之報告制度為主題, 說明建立之原則, 各種報告之格式。
    第五章: 標題「外匯風險暴露之分析--外匯匯率之預測」, 本章研究匯率變動之原因以及如何進行匯率之預測, 並分析匯率變動對風險暴露之影響。
    第六章: 標題「外匯風險暴露之管理--管理策略之設定」, 本章說明外匯財務管理之目標, 介紹各種避險方法以及方法之設定與選擇。
    第七章: 標題「結論與建議」, 為本研究之結論, 並對我國企業從事外匯管理提出建議。
