    Abstract: 本文於第二章討論群狀可靠度數據之最適驗證檢定,提出logistic分布未知參數μ的最適驗證檢定表及用MLE所作的統計量 T 與應用檢定表的局部最強力檢定統計量 S 作詳細的比較,亦提出常態分布未知參數μ的最適驗證檢定表和引用資料的指數分布未知參數θ的最適驗證檢定表。根據這些表,在產品故障時間分布已知而只有參數μ或θ未知,就能於實驗前先設計一最適檢查時間表,再經過實驗後取得的數據代入 S 統計量便能知道要接受或棄却虛無假設 Hₒ 。於第三章則提出第一型設限樣本在預算經費限制下如何最適安排設限時間和樣本大小,也引述第二型設限樣本具有UMP或 UMPU 性質統計量的資料以供參考。於第四章則先引用資料作逐次檢定的一般性介紹後,提出個人研究心得,即將逐次檢定應用到群狀樣本數據的情形,第五章則作最後的總結與建議。
