Abstract:	論文提要本研究係以公羊學為基礎，來解析孔子的政治思想。孔子的政治思想體大思精，歷來解者已多，惟公羊家主張孔子修作六經，乃素王改制、垂教後世、撥亂反正、倡行大道之說，並未受到廣泛的接納與應有的重視。本研究是以試從現代政治學理的角度，重新整理與疏證公羊家的學說。並從而以大易、春秋為主，論語為據，究本窮原，抉發孔子的「人文批判論」。本研究指出，孔子吉凶與民同患，面對春秋末期家天下政治崩潰之後，所導致的結構失序與生民倒懸，因而決意建立他政治上的「人文批判論」，以謀革除天下為私的王朝，建立天下為公的政治。人文批判論以體用論為理論基礎，以進化說為實踐綱領，主張透過人性的覺醒與實現，對個人道德進行「內在的批判」；對社會制度進行「外在的批判」，以使人類的生活世界能日新又新，邁向人文化成的至善境地。
