    摘要: 創新組織的研究己歷數十年,卻仍然是企業管理的關鍵課題,過去的研究發現著重在組織規模、開放溝通、創新鬥士、創新程序等,學者近來提出資訊重複、組織學習及網路的觀點用以解釋組織創新的產生。本研究基於比較新觀點,選擇五家以創新著稱的公司從事個案研究,分別是中華汽車、惠普科技、龍邦建設、全友電腦、信義房屋。
