    Abstract: 合作策略素來為學者們最感興趣的研究主題之一,而其達成的效果亦為企業界們所樂道。過去產業內的合作如汽車、資訊、電子等跨越國際或國內之合作觸目可見,但卻不脫離技術移轉、產品升級等策略性目標;而今日,合作之風仍盛,合作的基礎卻由同業合作衍伸為異業合作,且有愈演愈盛的現象。因此,為深入了解異業種的合作,本研究將探討下列問題:1: 異業種合作動機2 .異業種合作的類型3 .異業種合作的策略型態。
