| Abstract: | 隨著人類問題之不斷發生，政策問題亦逐漸引人注意，然現今政策之制定到政策被執行已截然異於往昔。週知公共政策的制定貴在能貫徹實施，其效果能為社會大眾帶來福祉與便利，然若其執行若不完美(包括拖延、不執行) ，縱使良法美意亦是枉然。 |
