    摘要: 近年來由於1 .科技變動及擴散的迅速，2. 固定成本的上升，3. 消費者口味漸趨一致， 4. 市場及產業全球化的趨勢， 5. 產品生命周期愈來愈短，6. 保護主義的上揚等種種現象，因此在「時間」與「成本」的考慮下，許多企業甚至產業紛紛掀起一片策略聯盟的熱潮。事實上，「策略聯盟」即是「合作」的同義詞，是公司組織間為了達成某一策略目標，而形成的連結關係。
