| Abstract: | 企業向海外直接投資的途徑，可分為購併，策略聯盟、控股、及設立海外分支機構等方式。另外，也有使用契約授權方式經由合約獲得資訊與服務，商標授權或技術移轉等。直接投資海外經營的投入高於契約授權，但對於經營權較有控制的力量。因此，專業的國際管理人才與海外投資專案的評估能力，是海外直接投資的關鍵成功因素。 |
