    Abstract: 由於信用卡市場開放,競爭日趨激烈,且信用卡業務與傳統一般銀行業務在行銷策略上有顯著的差異。因此,本研究以持有信用卡者為研究對象,主要目的是將持卡者作有效區隔,藉此了解不同區隔在持卡動機、使用行為變數及人口統計變數上的特徵及差異,並提出行銷策略的建議。
