Abstract:	中共於一九七八年提出改革開放政策以後，便極力試圖掙脫意識形態、經濟體制上的束縛，調整發展方向，冀求挽救瀕臨崩潰的大陸經濟。一向被中共視為現代化、工業化圖騰的鋼鐵工業，在這種時空變化之下，有了何種轉變與改善，是本文欲探知和分析的重心。
