Abstract:	臺灣近幾年來隨著產業經濟規模逐漸成長，各種大型結構以及連鎖型和跨國型態的企業組織如雨後春筍般紛紛出現，再加上政府積極申請加入關貿總協和大力倡導成立亞太營運中心等政策鼓勵下，市場門戶逐漸開放，各種國外大型企業逐漸進入本土，加劇市場的競爭白熱化，這使得本土企業經理人在經營管理上面臨了重大挑戰，因此，如何有效提昇管理決策品質，以應付快速變遷的環境，便成為高階主管人員未來經營的主要課題，而尋求資訊科技的幫助則是解決這項課題的經營策略之一。
