Abstract:	台灣的農民，長久以來一直是努力生產而收入微薄的一群，即便是消費地的價格遠較產地高得多。細究其原因，主要是因為在現行通路的運作之下，造成層層買斷、風險自負的現象，以及中間剝削和現行體系複雜且缺乏效率的結果。眼看著台灣即將加入GATT（關稅暨貿易總協定），隨之而來的是本土農產品降低保護，並面對進口農產品的競爭壓力。因此，有必要利用臺灣資訊科技發展的優勢，來建構一個更現代化且有效率的農產運銷通路。
